Menus subject to change.  Meals include cookie/bar and fresh fruit.

Our plan at this time is to open the meal as close to normal as possible. Delivery meals will go out at 5. Carry out meals will be available from 5 to 5:30 pm. No carry out meals between 5:30 and 6:15. Dining room will open for service at 5:30 until 6:30.

Delivery drivers, like last year we ask that you enter friendship hall through the doors on the south east side of the building. You can park in the lot on the south side of the church. Please try and have all meals picked up by 5:30 when we open the dining room. Please call or email if you have questions. You should be hearing from Linda Starr in the next week or so with route information.

We will continue to ask all carry out patrons to enter the building through the east doors(main entrance) at 5 p.m. and exit the building through the southwest doors in Friendship hall. This traffic pattern just works best and we will continue this moving forward.

Dining room patrons will be asked to sanitize their hands at the beginning of the service line. We will pre-portion as many items as possible and take steps to reduce contact with service items as much as possible.

The church’s policy at this time is a request to wear masks during worship. Note the language does not require masks. We will follow this same policy in all areas concerning the meal. While doing prep in the morning we will continue to use both the kitchen and friendship hall to ensure social distancing can be maintained. Please do what is necessary for your comfort and health.

With all of this being said, know that if things change with the pandemic, we will adjust as necessary. We all have been adjusting over the last 17 months. Please continues to be flexible.

Thanks so much for your support of this ministry. It has become so important to our community, especially now. Let’s have a great 10th year!
